Terms of Use

1. Since using my words is like a personal endorsement of your work by me, I have the right to decline membership to anyone I feel uncomfortable having my words associated with. This includes things like when a person does not respect *c*opyright, children, animals, etc. Your site must be family friendly!

2. You must link back to this site somewhere on the page you sell or display your item as well as placing "MER" next to the quote. My initials can be smaller than the quote itself but it must be readable.

3. Those that share the password with n*o*nmembers will have their subscription removed without a refund and no longer haver permission to use the quotes here. Please refer anyone that asks to me for your sake and mine since it's possible that a former member broke a ru*l*e or didn't update their membership subscription.

4. Sayings placed in the membership section are cheaper because they are not exc*l*usive to one user. If you wish a custom quote just for you, that can b*e* pur*c*hased for an additional amount and will never be listed on the site. There is also the option of paying a fee to remove my initials from the custom quote and not having to link back.

5. Membership is for your si*t*e, product, graphic etc. If you wish to share *quotes*, please buy your friend a membership for their use.

6. You can use the quotes listed in the membership section in unlimited form. There is only a monthly limit of suggestions created to match your work.

7. There are no refunds but subscriptions can be cancelled so they do not renew. If you're not sure if this site is what you're looking for, I'd suggest trying it on a month subscription first.

8. Members that are found to be breaking any of these rules will be warned or have membership terminated immediately depending on how serious the situation. There will be no refund for the loss of membership and the former member will no longer have the right to use quotes from here.

9. Do not assume any use not listed. These terms are subject to change and will be updated as needed. If you have a question, please ask.

All sign ups that type the special phrase in the "**" above in the comment section are eligible for a two dollar discount on the 12 month membership or $17.95.
